Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, returns may be accepted at Luxe Reborn. Before returning the products, please take note of the following guidelines:
EMAIL first before sending back your orders at Customerservice@luxe-reborn.com. Returns will not be accepted, refunded, or honored without informing us of the products you are returning. A customer care representative will give you instructions on how to make a valid return to our office. You will fill in the Return Item form completely found at our website.
In some cases, when you email to inform us of product returns, it’s possible that we will offer full refund or send you a replacement with our different item of your choice. This will be evaluated by the Customer Care Representative.
